Basic skin irritation test: After 7 days of experimental test of albino male rabbits, no signs of irritation, redness or swelling were observed.

Acute oral administration toxicity test: no symptoms of poisoning were seen at various doses after gastric gavage and intraperitoneal injection. The experiment was observed continuously for 20 days. The results showed that the botulinum hexapeptide samples had good biosafety under acute single contact conditions.

Skin sensitization test: human repeated traumatic patch test in 50 volunteers aged 17-75 years. Samples of botulinum hexapeptide in various doses did not cause any allergic reactions.
